1. How do I get my result?

   Enter your analysis code on our website and press “Get result”.

2. Why can’t I download my certificate?

   You can only download your certificate once. Make sure you save your certificate as soon as you download it. If you’re having problems, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service department, who will be happy to help.

3. What is a complete report and how much does it cost?

   The complete report with administrative information costs 250 SEK. All information regarding your result already appears on the website, what is meant by administrative information is when the sample was received, when the result was ready and which method was used for the analysis. You will therefore not lose any information regarding the result if you choose not to purchase the complete report. The complete report is available in Swedish or English.

4. Do you send the result to my home or to my e-mail?

   We do not send your test results to your home or e-mail. Instead, you can access your results at our website by using the anonymous code you received with the sampling kit.

5. I got a positive result and need advice and/or treatment, what should I do?

   When you check your result on our website you can also seek care or advice. We work with digital care providers who can help you with e-prescriptions or refer you to a care provider. You can print out your result and bring it with you to the appointment.
