PACKAGING

I did not receive a return envelope with my test kit.

On the left-hand side of the sample kit, you should see the words, "Instructions, open here".
You should be able to "peel off" the outer layer of the carton by pulling gently but firmly on the tab. Once pulled off, the return address will be visible, along with instructions. The return package is the same carton you received the test in; there is no separate package inside.

CODE

I have lost my code.

Each test has a unique access code to ensure that no-one but you can access your test results. For your personal protection, and to ensure your privacy, there is only one copy of each analysis code. In order to ensure that your test results are anonymous, your analysis code is the only way to access your test results.

Where is my code?

The analysis code consists of 10 digits and 4 letters. It can be found on the bottom of the package leaflet included in your sampling kit.

ORDERING

What do the packages look like?

We send all our correspondence in discreet white envelopes. The packaging does not display the sender, or any logo.

When will I receive my order?

If you order before 13:00 on a business day (Monday through Friday), we will send your parcel on the same day that we receive your order. Typical delivery time is 1–3 days, depending on the delivery address.

POST & RESULTS

I have sent my sample to your laboratory. When will you receive the sample?

The typical delivery time is 1–3 days, depending on your address.

Once you have received my test, when will I get my results?

  • The tests for all STDs have a response time of 24 hours (for business days), once the sample has been received by the laboratory.

  • The tests for bacterial vaginosis and Candida, nail fungus and skin- & foot fungus, have response times of 3 business days, from the time that the sample is received by the laboratory.
  • The tests for lactose intolerance, predisposition to overweight, muscle test and the test for increased blood clot risk with estrogen intake, have response times of 5 business days, from the time the sample is received by the laboratory.
  • The tests for Gluten intolerance (coeliac disease) have response times of 6 business days from the time the sample is received by the laboratory.

I do not want my test results sent to my home.

We do not send your test results to your home, or to any other physical location. Instead, you can access your results at our website by using the anonymous code you received with the sampling kit.

PRESCRIPTIONS & CARE

I suspect that I have contracted an STD. When can I test myself?

You must wait at least 7 days from the suspected date of any possible infection, before testing for chlamydia, gonorrhea or trichomoniasis. In the case of mycoplasma, you must wait at least 14 days from the suspected date of infection.

I have had a sexually transmitted disease in the past and have been treated for it. Can I take another test to see that the infection is really gone?

Yes. You can take another test to confirm that the infection is gone from three weeks after completing treatment.
