1. I have lost my code

   Each sample has a unique access code to ensure that no-one but you can access your sample results. For your personal protection, and to ensure your privacy, there is only one copy of each analysis code. In order to ensure that your sample results are anonymous, your analysis code is the only way to access your sample results.

2. Where is my code?

   The analysis code consists of 10 numbers and 4 letters, for example 0123456789ABCD or 4 letters, 3 numbers and 4 letters- for example ABCD123EFGH. You will find the analysis code on the activation label in your sampling kit
